Requirements For New Enrollees/Transferees
- Original Report Card
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (Roman Catholic)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (From the last school attended)
- Three copies of 2×2 ID Pictures
- ECCD Checklist (Incoming Grade 1)
- Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (Incoming Grade 1, 7, 11)
- Photocopy of NCAE Result (SHS Applicants)
- Recommendation Form (Incoming Grade 2 to SHS)
- Permanent Form / Form 137 (Incoming Grade 2 to SHS – FOR ENROLLMENT)

- 50% Discounted Tuition Fee – RANK 1
- 25% Discounted Tuition Fee – RANK 2
Requirements
- Certification of the student belonging to 1st and 2nd Rank with at least 30 number of students in the class.
- 90% and above in the Entrance Examination
